Rachel's 8 Week Program - Beginner
"Before this challenge I would train every muscle pretty much everyday which obviously was not effective. By doing this challenge it has taught me so much in training and now I understand how to properly train and create a sustainable planned workout week! 
This challenge has taught me many things about nutrition such as will power and shown me how to eat properly! My diet beforehand wasn’t structured and practically ate whatever I wanted. I achieve plenty more in my days not then beforehand. 
I am 100% more energetic and have a more positive outlook on things day to day. I have been so disciplined throughout this challenge and did not slack off once with my meal plan... and completed every workout... and also would walk on my rest days! 
I am so much more confident in the way I look and feel and I highly recommend this challenge to anyone wanting to achieve their fitness goals!!!"
