When you begin your BBR journey, we encourage you to take before and after photos. Taking progress photos is a great way of tracking your progress, and it's rewarding when you look back and see how far you've come ❤️.

 

We have included before and after graphics for your Program below. It is not essential for you to use the graphics provided for your progress photos if you're doing our weekly intake Programs. However, for the 8 Week Train Like Me Challenge, as there is a prize for the winner, you MUST take your before and after photos holding the graphics provided to be eligible for the prize.

Remember, the higher quality your photos are, the easier it will be for us to see your progress!

📸 HOW TO TAKE YOUR PHOTOS 

  • Top and bottoms must be worn (no hands covering boobs)

  • Photo must be taken with you standing in front of a plain background - preferably a white background.

  • Photo must be clear, well lit and as high quality as you can! No selfies.

  • The ‘Before Graphic’ must be visible in all photos, either printed or visible on your device.

  • Take one front, one side, and one back photo.

  • Your whole body should be visible in each photo.

📸 HOW TO UPLOAD YOUR PHOTOS TO YOUR APP

Step 1: Go into your profile by selecting your profile photo in top right corner on your App.

Step 2: Tap on 'Your Progress' on your profile page

Step 3: Tap on the Before Photo images and upload your new photos!


Note: Make sure you have the latest version of our Bodies By Rachel App! If your App doesn't have the option of choosing your progress photo, this means you will need to update your App. Simply update your App via your App Store or Google Play, or remove the Bodies By Rachel App and re-download.
