"I started out at 103kgs, and currently sitting at 95kgs - total 8kgs down! In only 4 weeks. And roughly 19cms all over body off as well.

I did every single exercise and followed my meal guide, i did some food swaps so i wouldn't get bored of anything but i haven't really had bad cravings for anything. If i wanted something i would just work it into my daily macros.

I cant wait to keep this going and eventually join the challenges with everyone else. I am planning to continue this shred until i feel ready.
