“I have always been a small build, petite and struggled with gaining weight. I’ve always enjoyed going to the gym and working out, but it wasn’t until I started BBR to realise that it’s not just what you put into your workouts, but FOOD plays a massive role when it comes to your goals.
My goal has always been to gain muscle. This has always been a struggle for me not just because of my build but fast metabolism, on my feet 9 hours a day 6 days a week, I thought to myself how on earth can I fit in a program like this with my lifestyle! However, I went ahead and purchased the program and I am so glad I did! I’ve learnt so many things from BBR, from gym, technique and nutrition. Gaining muscle takes a long time, I still have more growth to do and I cannot wait to continue to smash out my sessions.
