Today I wanted to put the spotlight on one of my favourite things in the world - MY CLIENTS! I know you've probably seen thousands of transformations posted on my social media, but I wanted to dive a little deeper and really highlight what BBR is all about. I feel like there is no better way to do this than to share some incredible client stories! In this blog, I will breakdown exactly how my Challenges work and how they have allowed these ladies to achieve such life-changing results!
My last 6 Week Challenge finished just over a week ago, and my next round starts this Monday (March 18)! My Bikini, Booty, Shred 6 Week Challenge is my most popular BBR Challenge, as it provides you with all the tools you need to succeed in a way that is enjoyable and sustainable. Everything I do at BBR is focused on my clients. The Team and I are always finding new ways to add more value to my clients and provide the ultimate health and fitness experience. This is my passion and there is no better feeling than seeing the results at the end of the Challenge!! Team Bikini, Booty and Shred all have a different focus, and I always choose an overall winner from each Team!

How freaking incredible are these girls!!! I am so damn proud of you all! It's honestly so hard to narrow down a single winner from all the submissions that we receive. In this blog, I want to take the time to highlight some more transformations and share with you why I believe my Challenges are so successful!
Before I do, I want to let you know that these changes have all taken place in just 6 weeks! This is such a short space of time! My focus when working with my clients is to introduce them to a new lifestyle that they can enjoy and truly embrace. This is the lifestyle that I live and love, and it's such an amazing feeling to see ladies from all around the world embracing it and loving it too!
Although it's a 6 week journey, my Challenges provide everything needed to carry this lifestyle into the future. The most important change that occurs during this Program is mindset. Seeing the mindset shift of my clients in my Forum is so important to achieve long-term success. Our minds must change before our bodies do!
